SpinCard Terms & Conditions

1. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the SpinCard.

2. By using the SpinCard, you will be deemed to have accepted the current Terms and Conditions which will be available to view on the SpinCard website. We may change these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting revised terms and conditions on the SpinCard website. Any change or revision shall take effect immediately.

3. The SpinCard is not transferable to any other party. All discounts or special offers provided by SpinCard's partners are stated within the SpinCard Directory of participating businesses. Any offers may be added or removed at the sole discretion of Media Spin Ltd.

4. The SpinCard is not a cheque guarantee card or a credit card.

5. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of the special offers and discounts and it is the responsibility of the cardholder to verify all information prior to purchasing goods or services from SpinCard's partners.

6. To obtain the available special offer or discount, the user must show the relevant participating businesses their SpinCard at the time of purchasing the relevant goods or services.

7. SpinCard partners reserve the right to modify or cancel special offers / discounts at any time without notification. The SpinCard issuer cannot be held responsible for these cancellation or changes.

8. Discounts may not be combined with other offers or discounts that are being provided by participating businesses.

9. Media Spin Ltd cannot assume any liability for correspondence, mail or e-mail, which is lost, delayed, or misdirected either to us or to participating businesses.

10. In case of loss the SpinCard will not be replaced.

11. SpinCard’s validity is 1 year starting on the date of purchase. In case of renewal a discount of 20% will be offered.

12. Use of the SpinCard is at your sole risk and we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential losses resulting from the use of the SpinCard. We expressly disclaim all express or implied warranties of any kind relating to the quality of any goods or services purchased or obtained by you from your use of the SpinCard.

13. Media Spin Ltd guarantees a minimum of 30 participating partners to the SpinCard service.
